There are four bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground level, the two bedrooms and 1 bathroom (2nd kitchen and 2nd living room) on the second floor are accessed by the outdoor stairs on the backside of the house.

There is plenty of parking on site. We are close enough to walk to the downtown restaurants and shops and just a short bike ride to the beach. Wells does also have Uber/Lyft available.
